This session was incredibly DREAMY! I'm not sure if I've EVER done a shoot with such magical lighting, drenching Lindsey & Rustin in all the right ways. Their chemistry and love for each other was so evident and is palpable in the photos. I mean... just scroll on down to the photos of Rustin kissing Lindsey's shoulder, solid GOLD! Not only was this session my first full elopement curation, but it was also in California and therefore I planned everything from another state - giving myself a little pat on the back right now because it turned out to be such a great experience! AND I was especially thrilled because I had the pleasure of also working with a model in Joshua Tree, Raven Macaraeg. I owe a HUGE thank you to the creatives that made my shoots in Joshua Tree so magical - Tanya Marie for her hair and makeup skills, Angela Estes at Wednesday Cake for making such a great cake, and Paola Parada at Levant Lane for her modern bouquets that brought this vision to life!

We arrived to the pleasant surprise of some high-quality air conditioning (for over 100 degree days) and we quickly put an Aretha Franklin record on. It gave me allll the feels I was expecting from Joshua Tree, down to the freshly cleaned sheets and smell of Palo Santo in the air.
