I have a feeling that one day, baby Lillie is going to grow up and have many adventures with the Murray's VW Camper Van, Rosie. Yes, I'm secretly wishing they create future content called "The Adventures of Lillie & Rosie"... because, how cool would that be?? :)
I first met Jon and Sam years ago when they rented a VW Camper Van (named Rosie) from the company PacWesty while I was working as Adventure Coordinator. It warmed my heart to hear that they loved their adventure so much, they later bought the same color van and named it Rosie. The company later sold that particular rental van, making it extra special that the legacy of the "Rosie" van lives on. As I watched their adventures through posts on Instagram, I also saw snippets of their growth into a family. I was so thrilled to be trusted with Lillies first official photo session - one that will be remembered for years to come.
This session was one of many short 20-minute mini-sessions that I held in succession for the Holidays at a Christmas Tree Farm in the Olympic Peninsula, and it was such a blast. I pumped the Christmas music, hoped that the rain would stay away, and bought a locally made wreath that I enjoyed for many months. I'll definitely keep this mini-session tradition going next year too.
